Public Espresso + Coffee is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef with a love for inventive, unique donuts and an appetite for growth.
This position will require the right individual to collaborate with our creative leadership to take our ingredients, ideas and passion to execute a menu of rotating, fresh donut flavors while nailing quality and consistency across multiple locations.
The Head Pastry Chef will work alongside us to:

This job requires a clean-as-you-go working mindset and an upbeat, passionate disposition. We also encourage all employees to spend time on our cafe floors, engaging and interacting with guests. Seizing opportune moments to explain our donut flavors and share our process provides invaluable insights that guests at Public Espresso + Coffee crave, whether it's about our coffee, donuts, food program or roasting operation.
Most importantly have the ability to praise the team on both small and large victories. The ability to not only communicate when improvements are needed but also when things are being done well. This allows him/her to promote a positive work environment.
